Terms of service

Dishtinction provides restaurants with a hosted digital menu, 3D model generation from photos, and related tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, menu text and logos you upload. You grant us a licence to store, process and display them to operate the service, including sending photos to third-party model generation providers.

Credits and payment

Model credits are consumed when a generation starts and are refunded automatically when a model fails or is rejected in review. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not use the service to publish misleading representations of food or allergens. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu.

Availability and liability

We aim for the public menu to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
