Restaurant accounts
We store your email address, name, restaurant details, menu content, photos and generated models to run the service. Sign-in uses a one-time email link or Google. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
Diners
Public menus set no cookies and collect no personal data. We record that a menu, dish or AR view was opened, with a hashed browser identifier and the language shown, so restaurants can see what diners look at. This cannot identify a person.
Third parties
Photos are sent to our 3D generation provider to build models. Files are stored with our cloud storage provider. Emails are sent through our email provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can export or delete your restaurant data by contacting hello@dishtinction.com. Deleting your account removes menus, photos and models within 30 days.
